Testing Reminders

As you prepare for testing, please remember the following tips:

  • Get a good night's sleep.

  • Eat a good breakfast the day of the test.

  • Try to avoid stress the day of the test.

  • Arrive to school on time.

  • Listen carefully to the instructions.

  • Read each question and ALL answer choices carefully before selecting your answer.

  • Order you school supplies now for 2013-2014

    Madison Crossing Elementary offers the EduKit program as an option for our busy families to order supplies for the upcoming school year. The program is a time saving, simple way for you to ensure that your student has exactly the correct supplies needed to start the year off right. Avoid the back-to-school rush and going from store to store to get all of the required items. EduKit will take care of that for you.
    Order by May 23 for the “Early Bird” discount and free shipping. Your child’s kit will be in the classroom on the first day of school.

District Report Cards:  The 2011-2012 No Child Left Behind Report Cards for the district and individual schools are now online in the Mandated Reports section.  
 
Web Site Accounts:  Parents and students may now register for accounts on the district and school web sites.  The accounts will allow you to "subscribe" to pages and receive e-mail when the pages have been updated.  For example, when a teacher updates his/her page.  These accounts, however, do not work with Active Parent.  You may register by selecting the "Register" link in the upper-right corner of this site or read more about the different types of accounts that we offer.  Once you have created your account, view the guide under the Help menu.
